Announcement | NewPath and IVLF Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

To expand our service ecosystem and deliver a more complete solution for industrial investors, NewPath has officially signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with IVLF International Consulting Co., Ltd ("IVLF").

NewPath is the central coordination platform of an integrated industrial services complex in Vietnam, founded by a team of senior legal experts, engineers, and business leaders with over 20 years of hands-on experience. IVLF, meanwhile, is a financial investment and business strategy consulting firm with offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, backed by a team of experienced experts in finance, tax, investment, and legal advisory.

Under this cooperation agreement, the two parties will refer clients to one another within their respective areas of expertise: IVLF will refer clients seeking NewPath's integrated industrial services, and NewPath will refer clients seeking IVLF's financial, legal, tax, and investment advisory services, with a shared focus on expanding the network in Northern Vietnam.
