Announcement | Signing of the Advisory Agreement for The Development of An Industrial Cluster and Rural Residential Area

On 25 June 2026, NewPath LLC and Minh Lap Rubber LLC officially signed an Advisory Agreement for the development of a 150-hectare Industrial Cluster and an 18-hectare Rural Residential Area, forming part of a project complex of approximately 170 hectares owned by Minh Lap Rubber LLC.

This event marks an important milestone, beginning a journey of collaboration between the two parties to realize a sustainable industrial and urban development project, well aligned with the development orientation of the locality.
