Announcement | NewPath and Đông Sơn Sign Strategic Cooperation Memorandum of Understanding

To enhance service delivery capabilities and provide comprehensive solutions for industrial investors, NewPath has officially signed a Strategic Cooperation Memorandum of Understanding with Dong Son Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company.

NewPath is the central coordination platform of an integrated industrial services complex in Vietnam, founded by a team of senior legal experts, engineers, and business leaders with over 20 years of hands-on experience. Đông Sơn, meanwhile, specializes in the design and construction of factories and industrial zones for major domestic and international investors.

Under this cooperation agreement, the two parties will jointly provide construction consultancy, factory design, and construction services to the highest technical and quality standards, meeting the requirements of domestic and international industrial investors in the Vietnamese market.
