Under Vietnamese regulations, foreign workers coming to work in Vietnam are required to obtain a Work Permit. NewPath and its strategic partners are ready to support Investors and Industrial Enterprises in achieving full compliance with applicable labor regulations.

Scope of Services(*)

• Advisory on eligibility conditions, permit categories, and the Work Permit application process;
• Representation of clients in submitting documentation for: (i) Approval of foreign labor demand; (ii) Work Permit applications; (iii) Work Permit exemption applications; (iv) Temporary Residence Card applications; (v) Work Permit renewal and amendment;
• Representation of clients in dealings with competent authorities.
